About the Role
Join our R&D team to push the boundaries of what is possible with AI. You will work on cutting-edge models and algorithms to solve complex problems in automation and enterprise software.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques.
- Develop and fine-tune large language models.
- Publish research papers and contribute to the AI community.
- Work with the product team to translate research into features.
Requirements
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- Strong background in Deep Learning and NLP.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Publication record in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) is a plus.
- Strong coding skills in Python.
